The state parks release it on there website every now and then, I am not sure when they do it but it is on the new mexico parks site.

I am having a hard time placing the Nitro. I didn't get to fish with the Bums this year because all of the dates conflicted with NM Bass Federation or Sun Country dates. I really enjoy the bums and I will try again to make at least a few of the tournaments. Earl:D
