I read about these products. What are they and what are they supposed to do? How often do you use these products?

I pour a can of Seafoam in my fuel tank on my boat every other fill up. I also run marine stabil with it.

I saw a new can of seafoam the other day. It is now compatible with ethanol.

I use Yamaha Ringfree in my SHO as recommended. One ounce to every 15 gallons of gas. The say it will keep the cylinder rings from carbing up. I also use Yamaha Gas Stablizer. Both are recommended by Yamaha when using E-10 Gas. All outboard manufactures I beleive recommend this now.

Ring Free works great!....its just kinda hard to swallow 15-19 bucks a bottle.... whereas seafoam does the same stuff.....
But of course if thats what your mfg. recommended and you are still under warranty...by all means run what they tell ya.
