Been bass fishing before Rick Clunn could shave, but I think I know less now than when I was 19. Have driven many different rigs and even took a leap into a Gambler last year. (I don't leap as high as I used to!) Retired and always seeking a new fishing hole.
I also have a small jet boat which I run the Ozarks streams esp. in the winter months when most anglers are still waiting for the spring season to begin. I have guided the rivers, fished the FLW, Stren, BFL, Heartland and many other tournaments. I have authored several articles covering bass fishing and tournaments.
Kind of lost the lust for proving myself as a tournament angler. Hate it when I'm told to get off the lake by 3:00 esp. when I paid the $ to fish. Would rather fish by myself in winter than in a crowded lake in spring.
