... Anybody home? 'Zackly who, or is that whom, is in charge of the helpdesk ? I entered a "issue" but don't remember getting any ticket number.

Couple of things:

1.) I clicked on [View all articles] and get precious little additional info.
2.) Tried various entries in the knowledge base search - no results - ever.
3.) No follow-up from any source - posted trouble in black hole?
4.) From where I'm sitting it appears there's no way back to the BBM home page w/o either using the [back] button on my browswer or returning to the site via my "recently viewed sites" drop down list. Reckon a "return to BBM" link could be added?

It really didn't have anything to do with the briefness more so the limitied amount of information available for self-help.

I tried a seach, on the help desk page, for: Private message or PM. Got no results. Creating process information stinks but if you're gonna suggest that members go there - need to have something for them to find on common issues - I would think.

Well Duhhhh... then I have to "SCROLL" through a lot of information not pertaining to the problem at hand - not knowing if what I'm looking for is even there. "zackly what is the purpose of the help desk seach engine if not to locate what one is looking for?

If you dont find your problem in the FAQ, thats when you submit a ticket in the help desk.....

I only add the knowledge base, it is a on going problem for everyone, like the firefox issue. We have not received a major pm problem, only individual request wanting things that can be found in the FAQ
