I had a Xpress X19 with a Honda BF 150 that lasted 6 years with over 300 hours and not a single issue other then last year I had a spark plug go bad. I replaced the 4 plugs and it was back running like new. You can't beat the Honda for reliability. Just change the oil and filter once a year and you are good to go.
Charlie Ingram ran this boat at 70 and another Honda Pro staffer had it at 69 with a full load non boater and all there gear with a full tank. That will be fast enough for me. I fish mainly night tourney and during the week by myself. I would rather have the durability, verse the few MPH and a 2 stroke.
I have only had it up to 66 so far but on short runs, and it get on plane quick!!! I plan on keeping a boat for a while and only got this boat because I hit a log on the Xpress and they totaled it. Got to love Progressive total hull replacement insurance.

I just got Progressive Ins for my new 719ProXP, heard they're a good company.

Gorgeous boat for sure, the Honda is a wise choice in my opinion, very quiet, reliable, super smooth & sip gas compared to most.

What kinda speed are you getting with the 225 hanging on the 719?
Sound like a great rig also.

Haven't gotten the rig yet, but all reports say the 719 w/ a 225 SHO will do 79MPH maybe 80. At my age I don't need that speed, but sure I'll try it a few times. I still do love speed.
