Tore the bottom of my boat!!

Had a tournament yp at the Chowan river Saturday ,About 1230pm I was running to a new spot and I hit a surmeged stump I was running about 40 mph. and it gave me a real bang , checked my motor and it was fine so I contuned to my new spot I was fishing without a care in the world ,I got off the fishing platform to go to the cooler and when i stepped down the water was up over my ankles ,I then realized I had a big problem ,Turned the bilg pump on and it went for thirty min. so when I got it pumped down I ran back to the dock and put the boat on the trailer once out of the water I looked under the boat and found a hole about three feet long the fiberglass was just split in two and sagged down . waiting on my insurance co. to get back with me . Another good day of fishing.
