Tried it out for 1st time yesterday, just to get a feel for it from a boating perspective. 1st impression is... The lure is BIG.... I mean big and fat. I was using a 2 handed cast to compensate for the extra weight. Once I got the casting down, I was able to cast it a country mile due to the extra weight on it (probably around an ounce). With that said, the action on this lure is absolutely phenomenal. On a slack line, a quick twitch, really makes the lure swing left and right at an 180 degree angle. Water dispursement was huge too. Lots of splashing to each side. You can also swim it back at a medium to fast pace and the lure wiggles like a snake in the water. What really caught my eye was the 180 degree twitching.

Didn't use it much as i didn't want to experiment too much at Lake O but the lure is promising. My only concern it it's size. Hope they come out with a similar version but maybe an inch smaller. Will try it out in the Everglades when the topwater bite is on and see what kind/size of fish it attracts. I know a big bass will destroy it. Just wondering how a 1-2 pound bass will react when the lure is dancing in front of it.
