Bullet, I understand what your saying. I've just heard some boaters say that their boat will absolutely not get on plane without the foil.

IMHO, if you have to use one, your boat isn't set up correctly (wrong prop, wrong motor height, etc.).

I know the lakes in Southern California produce the biggest bass in the country right now, but I would say overall, the best lake in the country for bass fishing is Texas's Lake Sam Rayburn.

I've noticed that there is quite a bit of interest by some bass boaters in the Mercury Bravo 1 props. These are big diameter props designed for large heavy V bottom power boats with outdrives. Do these props work well on a outboard bass boat?
