1994 201 ProXL Stratos

I have a second question. I was out on the Lake on Saturday trying to figure out my planning problems and hit a rather large wave. The passenger backrest flipped overboard. Where can I get a new/used back rest for a 1994 Stratos 201 ProXL?

Although the seats are black with red trim, I don't really care if the back rest matches. I can always have it re-upholstered out here if needed.
