I never owned a boat, being a transplant to the south I found I need a boat to get to some of the better fishing spots. My neighbor had an old Ranger boat which I took off his hands to rebuild. As usual the "Yankee" thinking is to be a boat owner you need to start from scratch. Well I got a hull now what to do with it, I tore it down to the stringers, motor is nothing but a anchor; totally shot. Transom decayed, fuel tank is a sieve, when I ripped out the deck the flotation was soaked in 10 year old fuel. What a mess. I'll resize some images and upload this evening.
