My buds merc is having trouble with tilt/trim. It has only one cylinder and is slowly dropping when raised and when loading. Reservoir is full. Is this a pump problem, or with o-rngs in the hyd cylinder. No visual evidence of a leak. Can the cylinder or pump be rebuilt or is it a replacement thats needed.
