What ya using? After spending a bunch of time out west and sniper training I truely began to appreciate a good bino. For those that have ever had major eye fatiuge and sun burt eyes I feel for ya. My first year out west I took crap binos with me and I paid for it.
Over the years I've had some real crap. About 10 years ago I bought a pair Steiners 7x35 and just went crazy for em. I then bought a pair of Steiner 10x50 and while they are wonderful are just a bit to bulky for my liking. My father has always been a firm beliver in "the best" and has used Sawarskis since the mid 80's. His 10x40s are some of the most amazing binos I've ever used. That being said I once used a barrowed pair of 1940's French Navy binos (belive 7x32) that were just a clear and crisp as my steiners and were made 70 years ago!
So what ya glassing with?
