Well, 1st time back in L67 Canalway in Florida Everglades since the summer blues kept me away. Glad to see summer patterns are way behind us! Water temps are down to 81 degrees (88 degress in August) and water levels starting to drop around 1-2 feet from summer water levels. We fished from 10:30am-3:45pm and caught my 1st bass on my 2nd cast.
Caught over 20 bass today and plastic worms and lizards, top water pop-r's, stickbaits, flukes, and plastic swimbaits all produced bass (especially the Rapala #13 stickbait and blue flaked plastic lizards).
Expecting water levels to continue to drop and temps to be in the hight 70's by November.
