This year I broke down and bought a really nice weber grill:
I had a great summer with it, I am sitting here staring at my old propane tanks, telling myself, I will never use those again.
Coals are easy to start, smells better, and gives all my meats that wonderful smoky taste.
When I bought it, I told myself, I was tired of gas, yes, its a lot easier, but the taste is not there.
