Along the early 80's John Storie wanted to build a speed type boat. So they simply used a 16'8 hull and put a solid top cap on it with two bucket seats and a rear bench seat. Rated for 150's they ran in the typical mid to high 60's. I got to see em put the finishing touches on one of first ones at the finishing plant. I had several rides with Stories sky blue one at one of many Cranfield BBQ's. You'll see one every now and an again floating around CL or EB.
