Hey cobra got a question fer ya. On the V4 omc's when you nail the throttle isnt the timing arm supposed to advance to the fullest......right against the stop??????? I know mine is supposed to be set at its either 24 or 28 BTDC but I dont think its advancing as fast as it should. Can you shed some light on this subject.
