Cuz, do you keep the Dekas warm and charged...Not outside? when you are sleeping Your getting good lifetime to me for Ontario....Nice country BTW...The Best Battery on Planet Earth, when taken care of, is 3yrs capacity of use...Over!...Optima kind goes a little more people say. I guess Big Skeet your doing the right deal.. On a side note...when it gets hot as he## down here in the southeast...well, good fishing to Ya Warm and dry, yes sir! Indoors from Dec to April. Do you leave them on charge 24x7? Maybe they would last longer if you charge them till they are full, then disconnect the charger. Top them off before an outing. You might get more life out of them. I never leave the charger on them 24/7. I have killed chargers that way :p, they drive quite a heat. I do run maintainers on them in the off season though.
