which prop

i have a 95 astro s18b with a 95 mercury black max 2.5 xri 6 with a Mercury marine mirage plus 48-18280 27P kipp told me to come here to get better input as to which prop i should run.

i will be putting a 6in jackplate on the boat and would like to know which prop i need to run as i was informed that the mirage is for big block stern drives and i need to run somthin else do to a horrible hole shot.

i will be runnig a full tank of gas two guys average weight 450 and a boat full of tackle i want somthing that gives me good hole shot but wont kill my topend i will run the boat also with just my self same tackle and full tank but about 210 lbs.

any help would be great im lost as to were to start with props...
