I've been doing a little research on the many different brands of worms. Through all the articles I've read, seems to me that the number one pick is the Berkeley Power Bait. I used these off and on for several years and have had pretty good success with them. Never really thought too much about it. But after reading as much as I have on it, seems that the Power Bait has something special in the design. It's been proven, through several different tests, that the bass will hold on to this bait for a few seconds longer than any other worm. Doesn't sound like much, but it could be the difference in the time it takes to set the hook. Just giving ideas to think about!
