Looking at a project boat that has a 1989 Mariner 115 & it's a 4 cylinder motor that I'm not very familiar with like I am the proven mercury 3 cylinder blocks.
Motor cranks instantly & the owner since new naturally claims it never gives him any problems but I expect that statement from most owners trying to sell.
Good ... Bad .. Pay the man or RUN away & forget it ?
