Finally got steering tube fixed and raised engine on the plate so I have some adjustability. So I raised the engine 1/4", it picked up 100 RPM and 2MPH (5430 and 62MPH). It is still holding 14-15 PSI. So I will raise it another 1/4" for tomorrow. One thing I find odd I am trimming all the way up at WOT and it still isnt throwing a roster tail. What does that tell you GURU's? I have an old 22P Merc Chopper, you guys think it is worth a try?
