A Challenge For Ya Jay

I've aqquired this perfect (except for needing cleaned up) 15 x 28p. 3 blade Cleaver. It has a good bit of rake to it kind of like a Mazco but it's not one. Actually I don'y know what it is brand name wise. Here's the challenge: It has a user removeable hub system but it's a wierd one. One like I've never seen before. I'll let the photo's do the talking......... What I need to know is who made it if possible, and what kind of insert/s do I need to buy also where I can get them. I got lucky as the brass part of the hub I have is for an OMC shaft. From what it looks like, it uses some kind of cylindrical rubber or neoprene inserts -8 of them. Any help Jay, everyone will be appreciated as with the exception of the writing and a little dirt this prop is in excellent condition -not a nick on it.
