My 1986 Stratos 375v sank on June 6th. Big Storm, big waves, lots of rain. Pulled it out had the 1980 Merc 150 checked out and all the electrical items. All fine. Bad news transom took on water and split. Worse news Progressive blames it on the previous owners bad repairs and will not cover. Question for the day, buy a hull and transfer my stuff, or buy a used complete boat and sell the engine, trolling motor, etc from the old boat. Transom repair estimates start at 2500 and go up on a boat I paid 3000 for. How do I go about finding a hull?
