XB2002 FasBass. Basically the same venerable XB2002 with an updated larger, more aerodynamic console that reportedly offers great wind protection to 80+ mph speeds. The FasBass also incorporates a redesigned rear center deck lid with superior aerodynamics. Right before its demise Bass & Walleye Boats was going to do a artical on the new XB2002. It was going to be powered with either a Evinrude 150HO ETEC, or a Yamaha 175 Vmax HPDI with a follow-on Hydro-Tec artical with performance differences from stock to a Phase III kit. It was unfortunate this never took place. The XB2002 is the Worlds Fastest Bassboat and hs the established Records to prove it. An excellent choice for the weekend angler that has a need for performance. Upper 70's+ with a 150 hp and 10+ mpg effeciency with todays DFI's.
XB2003 ProSport. This model was first released in the 1995-96 Timeframe. Was a TRUE Tournament basser with a dual identity and was the Worlds Fastest 5 person Fish-n-Ski. This design has has very few Changes over the years and has been a Platform for numerous (around 5???) Bass & Walleye Boats articals. Wind resistance is EXCELLENT and can be in fact TOO good in the stiffling mid-summer humid heat. Still a very fast boat. reported top speeds with 260+ HP is 106-107 mph in stock form. If you got a lady and needs some convincing that a Bass Boat is a great choice, take her for a ride in one of the Allison ProSports
XTB-21. This is one of the best kept secrets out there IMO. This 21' Allison is no longer produced (since the early-mid 90's) but is still a FINE bass/multi-species boat that is auguably the best riding 21' V-hulled basser ever made (some like the ride better than the new XB21's). A Dated fishing lay-out by todays standards, it still fishes VERY well. The Deluxe models have very good storage and is a boat that is very easy to move around in. Only available as a single console 1-4-seater it makes a great fish-n-ski as well. Typical 100+ mph capability, but most are set-up for 80-90 mph speeds. These can be had for a BARGAIN.
XB21 Series:
XB21 2+2 BasSport. Allison debuted this model in 2003. Has been featured in Bass & Walleye Boats multiple times is an extrememly well appointed boat that can do it all. Available in a single or dual console it can store an entire Bass Pro Shops. This boat first introduced "headlights" flush mounted in the bow of the boat (in both fixed or movable). A 4 seater that can also have a dual identity as a Fish-n-Ski. Set-up very close to a typical Fish-n-Ski however it has regular bass-boat consoles. These are good for 80+mph "hat forward" wind protection. These XB21's are in the "middle" of the XB21 speed heirarchy (faster than the BasSport PRO but slower than the ProSport's)
XB21 ProSport/ProSport SUB. The ULTIMATE Family Basser. The only differences are seating and front deck storage and weight (slightly). These are without a doubt the basser's with the best protection from the elements on the Market. Able to wear a cap with the bill facing forward at 90 mph! Available with the rear bench seat you can seat 5 comfortably or even 6 (4 kids across the rear bench). These 21'4" Fish-n-Skis have ran 104 with a 300x
XB21 BasSport PRO. The one thing people used to say about Allison Boats is they needed to build a traditional Tournament Bass Boat. Allison responded in a HUGE way with the XB21 BasSport PRO. This is a HARDCORE Tournament fishermans's DREAM. Only room for an angler and co-angler period. Storage, Storage and MORE Storage. Room, room and MORE room...this boat will handle the nastiest of conditions and do it while not breaking your back and kidneys. Fishing in a trail with a 250 max? No problem, you will leave the field with 90+ mph speeds. Avaialble in both a Single or Dual Console. This boat is only for Harcore Fisherman with Hardcore expectations from their rig.
