I learned something new this week about Allison boats, The rub rail is the same on all models and has been the same for the past 25 years and Allison own's the mold for the design they use..
I bought a replacement rub rail and ups droped it off today...$49.00 plus shipping = $60.00
From start to finish a good 2 1/2 hours by myself. Let me tell ya, It's a job, figuring out the right procedure to install the stuff is the key.
Mine had some chewed up spots that was driving me nuts..
Next will be carpet replacement (next spring). I have already talked to Bill at Allison and the complete carpet kit for the XB2003 is $390.00 no cutting, no trimming, just glue and lay it.
