Arbuckle:: April 18. Elevation below normal, water 68-71 and clear to stained. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on flukes, tube jigs, worms and Alabama rigs at 4-15 ft. along coves, points, riprap and the main lake. Crappie slow on crankbaits, tube jigs, live bait, small lures and wiggle-tail grubs at 5-20 ft. along coves, brush structure and docks. White bass fair on crankbaits, sassy shad, small lures and lipless baits at 14 ft. along coves, the main lake, weed beds and docks. Report submitted by Jack Melton.

Blue River: April 21. Elevation normal, water 62 and murky. Channel catfish good on stinkbait, minnows and chicken liver at 1-5 ft. along channels, brush structure and rocks. Trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, spoons, PowerBait and woolly buggers at 1-4 ft. along shallows, channels and below waterfalls and riffles. Spotted, largemouth and smallmouth bass good on crankbaits, jigs, spinnerbaits and grubs at 1-6 ft. around brush structure, rocks and shallows. Broken Bow: April 19. Elevation above normal, water 63. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on Alabama rigs, spinnerbaits and plastic baits at 4-8 ft. along flats, shorelines and weed beds. Crappie good on tube jigs, minnows and jigs at 2-6 ft. along weed beds, shorelines and riprap. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.


Eufaula: April 19. Elevation 2 1/2 ft. above normal, water 63. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits and plastic baits around brushy and rocky areas. White bass good on small jigs and spinnerbaits below the dam and up feeder creeks when water is running. Blue catfish good on a variety of catfish baits along shallow flats and areas with new water coming in. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 1-7 ft. around brushy banks and riprap areas. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.

Hugo: April 19. Elevation 3 1/2 ft. above normal, water 54. Catfish fair on trotlines baited with cut bait and shrimp in the main river channel. Blue catfish fair to good below corks below the dam. Crappie fair on minnows around flooded brush and timber and fair to good at 10-15 ft. below the dam. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan counties.


Konawa: April 21. Elevation normal, water 71 and clear. Largemouth bass good on buzz baits, plastic baits and jerk baits at 4-6 ft. in the discharge, shallows and weed beds. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on chicken liver, tube jigs and cut bait at 4-6 ft. in the discharge and riprap. Report submitted by Tyler Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.


Lower Mountain Fork: April 19. Elevation above normal, water 54. Trout excellent on PowerBait and nymphs along the spillway and Cold Hole. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

April 9. Stocked 2,100 lbs., approximately 1,085 rainbow trout on April 9. Report submitted by April Drake, secretary at the Southeast Regional Office.



McGee Creek: April 19. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 65 and clear. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, spinnerbaits and plastic baits at 5-10 ft. around brush structure, standing timber and rocks. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, worms, stinkbait and cut bait at 6-12 ft. along creek channels and river mouth. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.


Murray: April 19. Elevation below normal, water 67 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on flukes, tube jigs and jerk baits at 4-10 ft. along shallows, weed beds and standing timber. Crappie fair on minnows, jigs and tube jigs at 4-12 ft. around brush structure, standing timber and shallows. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, punch bait, shrimp and worms at 8-15 ft. along channels, creek channels and coves. Pine Creek: April 19. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and jigs along flats, creek channels and points. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around brush structure. Channel catfish excellent on chicken liver and hotdogs along channels and creek channels. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.


Robber's Cave State Park: March 10. Stocked 892 lbs., approximately 838 rainbow trout on February 19. Report submitted by April Drake, secretary stationed at ODWC Southeast Regional Office.

Robert S. Kerr: April 19. Elevation normal, water 65 and stained. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 2-5 ft. along shallows, weed beds, Big Sans Bois Creek and Hawthorn Pits at night. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits at 2-5 ft. around standing timber and weed beds. Blue catfish fair on cut bait and shad along creek channels. White bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits below Eufaula dam when releasing water. Report submitted by J. D. Stauffer, game warden stationed in Haskell County.

Sardis: April 18. Elevation above normal, water 67. Largemouth bass good on in-line spinnerbaits and plastic baits at 2-5 ft. along weed beds. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait and stinkbait at 15-20 ft. along channels. Crappie fair on jigs, tube jigs and minnows at 5-10 ft. around brush structure and weed beds. Report submitted by Dane Polk, game warden stationed in Latimer and Pushmataha counties.


Texoma: April 19. Elevation below normal, water 55 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and plastic baits at 5-20 ft. around brush structure and creek channels. Striped and white bass good on live shad and sassy shad at 10-30 ft. along the river channel and the main lake. Channel and blue catfish good on live bait, stinkbait and worms at 10-20 ft. in the main lake, around points and riprap. Crappie and sunfish good on tube jigs, small lures and minnows at 5-15 ft. around docks, creek channels and shorelines. Report submitted by Danny Clubb, game warden stationed in Bryan County.


Wister: April 19. Elevation rising, water 64. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on spinnerbaits and tube jigs at 2-5 ft. along weed beds and points. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, dough bait and chicken liver at 4-8 ft. below the dam and channels. Crappie, bluegill and sunfish good on live bait, tube jigs and minnows at 2-5 ft. around brush structure, below the dam and standing timber.
