A tip to help with the problems of line twist on spinning reels after spooling new line is to change the memory. All you need to d...o is remove the spool from the reel and hold it under hot running water for a couple of minutes. Slowly heating the line will adapt the line memory of the manufacturer's spool size to the size of the reel spool. This will help with longer smoother cast and will almost eliminate line tangles and backlashes.
