Today I had a great day of fishing out on Lake Okeechobee. We boated about 20 fish and each of us landed one in the 5 to 6 pound area. What I was really surprised about though was that every single Bass we pulled from the lake had leeches infesting the roof of their mouths. They were about a centimeter in length, and had caused circular lesions in the roof the Bass' mouth.
