I have a wiring question. I switched from a 12/24 trolling motor to a 24 volt. I have the jumper wire, ground wire and 2 positive wires. When hooked up as it was it seems to deliver 12 volts. when I switch the positive wires I get 24 volts. BUT seems to drain after several hours and when I get home a put it on the charger one battery reads red and one reads green like it is only pulling from 1 battery! What is the answer. Its a 71 ft lb motor guide on a Triton TR-17. Thanks!!!
