Can't Get Mine to Run

I've had my LCB for a year now and I just can't get the boat to run over 70. It's a 2006 with an 06 300 HPDI. The motor is in perfect running condition. I had a Hydrotec nose cone mod done and running a 26 labbed Bravo, I have had the motor checked out by a Yam Master mechanic. I love the boat and the ride, but the main reason I bought it was for the speed. I have run several props and 68-70MPh is tops. I can turn it 57-5900 rpms.

I am looking for any and all ideas.
