Any neat old or new stories?
All start.
My dads 1977 orange 16'8 Super V with a 150 Mercury and custom two bladed big chopper prop. He said it ran high 60s which was screaming in 1977. I remember running across Cranfield on Norfork as a little guy with Pops and we were going "so fast" that the lid to the old style metal cooler flew off and smoked me in the face knocking a loose tooth out in the process. I couldnt have been more than 5 or 6 but remember it like yesterday. Some of my fondest memories growing up were in a Champion. I was 4 years old when Dad first started working for Champ and got to have some great experences with the Champion family in general.
