Took a long lunch and headed to BPS to have my rod replaced. I picked up some boat buckles and the universal mounting kit which I will put on tonight.
Since the boat buckles always stay on the trailer have any of you heard of them being stolen? It seems like they would be easy to steal and I'd hate to come back to the ramp and not have any transom straps. I'll probably keep the old set as a spare in the boat. Anyone else worry about this or am I just paranoid living in South Florida?
