Dry rub for smoking meat.

Dry rub...good on anything....

1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of paprika
3tbs of black pepper
3tbs of kosher salt (not table salt)
2tbs of granulated onion
2tbs of garlic powder
1tsp of red cayenne pepper more or less to taste...
1/2tsp of coriander
1/2tsp of turmeric

that will do 2 racks of ribs or one to 1.5 beef briskets
mix in order of ingredients....store in airtight container it will cake overtime....
