Bell Cow: August 6. Elevation below normal, water 84 and muddy. Crappie fair on jigs and Power Bait around brush structure and docks. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait, cut bait and shad around docks, riprap and boat ramps. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.


Birch: April 15. Elevation normal, water mid 50s and clear. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 3-5 ft. Report submitted by David Clay, game warden stationed in Osage County.


Carl Blackwell: August 5. Elevation below normal, water 76 and stained. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 15-18 ft. around docks and standing timber and fair at the enclosed fishing dock early mornings and evenings. Spotted and largemouth bass fair on jigs, plastic baits, sassy shad and crankbaits at 5-8 ft. along shorelines, points and weed beds. White bass, striped bass hybrids and saugeye fair on bill baits, topwater lures, lipless baits and live bait from the surface to 6 ft. in channels, main lake and flats. Channel catfish excellent on minnows, goldfish, dough bait, worms and cut bait at 1-6 ft. in coves and riprap. Flathead catfish good on goldfish, minnows, crawfish and sunfish at 1-9 ft. in channels, rocks and coves. Trotlines and juglines are restricted to west of the ski boundary. Chandler: August 6. Elevation below normal, water 84 and murky. Crappie good on jigs around the boat ramp. Channel catfish good on stinkbait around docks, shorelines and boat ramps. Flathead catfish slow on sunfish along shorelines. Largemouth bass slow on in-line spinnerbaits and plastic baits at 3 ft. in the shallows. Copan: August 2. Elevation normal, water 80. Channel, blue and flathead catfish fair on shad, sunfish and goldfish at 6-8 ft. in channels, main lake and river channel. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.


Eucha:May 6. Elevation normal, water 66 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 6-8 ft. around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits and crankbaits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.


Ft. Gibson: July 21. Elevation above normal, water 79 and clear. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on live shad and sunfish at 15-25 ft. in the main lake, flats and channels and on juglines baited with one hook on bottom and two suspended. White bass good on white or silver crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits and slabs at 8-10 ft. around points and the main lake and trolling spoons over the side of a boat to the bottom. Crappie good on Carolina-rigged minnows and tube jigs at 6-15 ft. in the main lake and brush structure. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits, spinnerbaits and crankbaits at 8-15 ft. along shorelines, brush structure and points. Report submitted by Rick Stafford.


Grand: August 3. Elevation normal, water 90. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits and worms around points and channels. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs around docks. White bass fair on jigs in the main lake. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and stinkbait around flats. Paddlefish slow in the main lake. Report submitted Kody Moore, game warden stationed in Delaware County.


Greenleaf: August 5. Elevation normal, water 74 and clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and bill baits along creek channels, brush structure and rocky points. Catfish good on stinkbait and fresh cut bait on bottom. Crappie fair on minnows at 12-15 ft. around brush structure. Report submitted by Lark Wilson, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.


Hudson: August 5. Elevation above normal, water 78. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad at 10-18 ft. in the river channel and tailwaters. Report submitted by Steve Loveland, game warden stationed in Rogers and Mayes counties.


Hulah: August 2. Elevation normal, water 80. Channel, blue and flathead catfish fair on goldfish, sunfish and shad at 6-8 ft. in creek channels and the river channel and on juglines. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.


Kaw: August 4. Elevation below normal, water 85 and murky. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, shad and stinkbait at 4-12 ft. along flats. White bass and striped bass hybrids slow on crankbaits, topwater lures, slabs and live shad at 1-15 ft. along the main lake and riprap. Main lake humps near Kaw City and riprap under bridges have been the most consistent producers. Coon Creek boat ramp is unusable for all boaters. The Arkansas River arm has silted shut and is unnavigable. Millet planting has been completed and the lake level is scheduled to remain low over the next couple of months. Use extreme caution while boating. New hazards exist throughout the lake. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.


Keystone: August 5. Elevation above normal, water 83. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits and plastic baits along rocks. White bass fair on crankbaits along flats. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County.


Lower Illinois: August 4. Elevation normal, water 60-70. Trout fair on Power Bait, worms and dark colored nymphs along eddies when water is running and deep holes when no water releases are occurring. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Oologah: August 3. Elevation normal, water 75. White bass fair on slabs and crankbaits at 10-15 ft. along flats; watch for schooling fish early and late. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait at 20-25 ft. in the river channel. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits at 10 ft. along rocks. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 10-15 ft. around brush structure. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Rogers County.


Skiatook: August 5. Elevation below normal, water mid to upper 90s. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and cut shad at 20-35 ft. in the main lake. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County.


Sooner:July 21. Elevation normal. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits and frogs along weed beds. Striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and slabs in the main lake and riprap. Saugeye slow on crankbaits, tube jigs and bottom bouncers around points and rocks. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver and cut bait in channels and tail waters. Spavinaw: May 6. Elevation slightly above normal, water 64 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair crankbaits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.

Tenkiller: August 4. Elevation below normal, water 86 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits, topwater lures and spinnerbaits at 10-20 ft. around brush piles, the main lake, points and brush structure and on topwater lures and crankbaits in the shallow water. Channel and flathead catfish good on cut bait, dough bait, punch bait and sunfish at 10-20 ft. around points, creek channels and flats; drift with cut bait, anchor with dough bait or punch bait and on flip-flops baited with cut bait or sunfish at 20-40 ft. Sunfish and bluegill good on worms at 5-15 ft. along shorelines, docks and coves. Report submitted by Monte Brooks, Cookson, Okla.


Webbers Falls: August 5. Elevation normal, water 76 and murky. Largemouth bass good on jigs-and-worm around brush structure, creek channels and riprap. Catfish good on fresh cut bait and sunfish on bottom or drifting. Crappie fair on minnows at 12-15 ft. around bridges and brush structure.
