While ive never fished chesnuts,these things so far go through eveything ive found,with its popr type front end one would think would collect something it doesnt.
Lastest newest spro popper,looks like their frog other than the front end they work anywhere around grass even if not topped and to some degree open water.Will go trough buckbrush and topped grass like it isnt there other than an occasional tug when temp caught by something.Line tightens up then an it hops on over whatever it was.My camera dont like this bright green.

They work cost about ten bucks ea,and worth every darn penny.
