Well after many weather delays in picking up the boat...it's home! Had a great experience with Shipp's Marine in Gladewater, TX. (many thanks to Glenn and Brent and their staff).
The boat was excellently preped and the 4 hour drive home was terrific. The trailer is absolutely solid, tracks great and easy to stop. ( I got the optional dual brakes, shocks and "c" frame). I have some commitments that will delay the maiden voyage, but I love looking at it in the garage!
I don't even want to get it wet! This has been a long time dream of mine and it is finally here ...rising from the ashes!
