Well guys, after 5 weeks and a month of rehab, pain and many sleepless nights, I finally made my return to the Everglades yesterday! Great day, will post pics tonight when i get home from work but it was amazing being back in my boat and cruising down the Everglades.
Set a lot of hooks, fought a lot of bass, and my shoulder is feeling it today!On a sad note, one of my rod clips came loose on the way home and I lost my horny toad Pro qualifier/carbonlite rig somewhere on the highway. Thank God only one flew off my boat as it could have been 5 lost rods that were tied on that side and over $1,000 lost rather than the $220 I lost on the one rod and reel that flew off my boat. Man I loved that combo, it casted so well
