Get you some good fish (I have used Blue Hake, Mahi Mahi and even Tilapia) Fresh caught anything I am sure would be best.
Season it however you like then grill it.
Soft Four Tortillias, avacoado slices, fresh pico de gallo, some lime juice. You can even take a little coleslaw and spice it up and put it on there.

If you like it SPICY. Find you some "Slap yo MAMMA~HOT" spice mix and put it on the fish and in the coleslaw.
