Here's my latest Florida Everglades fishing report. Well, just as expected with dropping water levels and cooling water (74 degrees), the bass were very active throughout the day. Overall, we caught probably 40-50 bass throughout the day, especially in the last 2 hours of the day as the water temps cooled down and the sun started to set. My main lures of choice all day were topwater, including rebel pop-r's and river2sea rover lures. Also caught several fish using spinnerbaits, flukes around the pads, worms, stick baits, and plastic swimbaits.

Definitely showing signs of winter and spring patterns in South Florida Everglades. Caught 3 bass that were in the 5lb range, a whole bunch in the 2-3lb range and also some smaller ones. This pattern will continue to get better as water levels continue to drop throughout the winter and leading into spring.
