Georgia is to host the Forrest Wood Cup, the world championship of bass fishing, on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, Aug. 5-8
The FLW Outdoors Expo will be held Friday, Aug. 6, through Sunday, Aug. 8, at the Gwinnett Convention Center in Duluth, Ga. The expo will operate from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Weigh-ins for the Forrest Wood Cup will be held at 5 p.m. each day at Gwinnett Arena.
The tournament is a four day event that will start off with eighty anglers and by day three cut down to thirty anglers and the co-angler will be named at this time.
