Ford recalls 1.3 million trucks

Howdy, pilgrim, it's another recall roundup (insert sound of blasting six shooters here). This week, we've herded up a whole passel of defective little doggies. Saddle up and find out if your auto is on the list!
If you have a 2004 Ford F-150, you probably want to take it in for an air bag fix.
This month Ford announced it was expanding a recall of its Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT trucks to encompass a total of 1.3 million vehicles manufactured from 2004 to 2006 for defective air bags that could deploy without warning. The culprit in this case is a faulty design that puts the clockspring jumper wire in position to chafe against the driver-side air bag horn plate. A telltale sign that this is happening in your truck is an illuminated air bag sensor light; if you see that light up, it's especially urgent that you take your truck to the nearest Ford dealer for service or call (866) 436-7332 for more information
