Don't know what his last name was but he went by Frank. He drove a black toyota forerunner. He was never convicted by law so I won't give exacts on him.
He was putting some good fish in a basket on Goat Rock on the Chattahoochee here in Georgia. From what I hear someone that lives on the lake saw him do it. After he left, they went to the basket with small hole punch and put a hole in one of the side fins of every fish and then let put them back.
He got his fish. While he was weighing them in they started talking real loud about how they found a basket full of fish and put a hole in each one of them. The director looked down at them fish then up at him...
They said his deer in headlights look was pricesless.
Wish I was there, my partner and I came in second during A LOT of tournaments to him and his partner by just a few ounces... I mean dozens of tournaments worth thousands of dollars... Of course now we come in second to another set of guys now. *sigh* always the bridesmaid.
