Gas/oil leakage question

Hey guys, did some searching but couldn't come across anything that seemed like my situation. I have a problem with my boat running hard around the docks when I first get there and there seems to be a oil slick around the motor when I start it for the first time. I am going to add a fuel shut off valve to run it dry before I tilt it up and take it to or from the dock and also get the correct gaskets and make sure the hose from the air box to the intake manifold is attached unlike last year but any other suggestions? I just had the carbs rebuilt and only had it out 4 times last year. It did seem to get better each time, the boat sat for 2 years before last year. I also plan on doing a Dunk decarb here once we get it back out in the spring. Motor is a 60 HP 3 cylinder Evinrude 2 stroke.
