Went fishing in the Everglades today and was the only boat on the water. Ran 15 miles south on the L67 and rocked about 25 bass in 3 hours. At one point we were getting hits every cast.
Sadly none were more than 3 pounds. The good news is the water is coming down a lot and the days of 100 bass per trip is coming again.
Tried a football jig with a Berkley Havoc trailer. Great combo. Seemed to pull bigger bass then a the Yum Dingers.
