One of our company's called today and told us that hook prices are jumping way up. So if your needing hooks you better get some before the big price jump.
Ones I'm talking about are jumping up over $1.87 per pack and this is for 5 hooks. He told me even the big boys are taking a hit and there not happy with price increase. Where the Yen was say 120 to our $1. now its 78 to our $1 sure hurts for sure.
So who ever you buy hooks or jigs for that matter from you might want to buy up a few extra.
I know tomorrow I'm planning on ordering a few thousand to make sure I don't' get caught with a big jump. That is unless Matzuo has jumped there prices this week. Noting like Sickle hooks.
