How to remove yellow scum line on hull?

A couple weekend ago I fished a river system. Water was up some and dirty. I washed it last weekend, I know I should have cleaned it up right after taking is out of the water.....but, and there is a yellow scum line around the water line of the hull. What is the best think to use to make it white again??
