I don't understand it.... The same BPS CarbonLite fishing pole I have used to bring in 5lb-8lb bass snaps on me this weekend while bringing in a 3lb pickerel. It wasn't even fighting that hard. I heard a quick pop, looked up, and my fishing pole was snapped off about 12" from the top. Now I gotta go to BPS and see if they will exchange it. Ugh!!! I love those CarbonLite rods but it's the 2nd time this has happened in the last year. May have to consider a different brand to choose from going forward. Any recommendations around the $100-$120 range?
