The schedule was set to have the first IBN High School tournament at Pool 13 on July 19th. But after all of the rain that fell at Pool 13 and sent the river 15 feet over flood stage, the IBN relocated their tournament to the Cal Sag out of the Alsip launch.
“We were concerned with the high water levels and all of the debris that would be pushed out into the Mississippi at Pool 13 and felt it would not be safe there for the anglers.”
