LOL I can guide for 14 in fish quite nicely, but dont always strike out.
I started the day out by going to a nearby ledge, hoping I could find an early bite that noone else has on them.
Trying numerous lures caught some shorts,Steve caught a smallmouth right off the bat but 14 in,so much for hole number 7.
Switching to the other side and a large grass flat funnel no takers even though fish chased fry in that area.
Later Steve figgured out what they will hit when doing that as they ignored topwater ,spinnerbaits and the kitchen sink in general when in the jumps.
Switching over to ledge hole number 6,some short largemouth is all.
Back over to hole number 7 and only two small shorts.
So I reverted to secret hole number 4 to save the day,it did.
Not my pattern though a sinko rigged wacky and a fluke unweighted and twitched in 22 ft of water produced..
Yup Steve caught his first keepers in KY Lake ,TN,not large one 16 1/2 and one a squeeker,But keepers.
