LCB Speed difference Question
There are a few really fast Fastcat/LCB boats, the one on fastbass that runs into the 1teens and a couple on snf that run over 100 and then it seems all others documented are most other ones in the high 70's low/mid 80s, This is with 250 and 300 HP motors same as pretty much any bassboat with a 250 or 300 big block The ones that seem to run in the high 70's to mid 80s are fishing boats that have fishing loads in them. What is hard to fathom is a fishing load causing a 20 to 35 mph differnce between the fastest and the average.

Does a fishing load and Trolling motor humble them to average bassboat speeds OR are they just that difficult to get them to go fast.

When they are built to what is the difference between a 80mph C20 and a 100 plus C20 I guess is the question I am asking..

Just curious as they seem to be gaining in popularity to a degree among bass fisherman due to there GREAT ride and STABILITY.
